Our Work
Century Cladding Ltd were required to supply an External Cladding solution for Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre in Birmingham. We were working on the bull noses around the shopping centre not only to improve the aesthetic of the centre, but to ensure the building meets current rules and regulations.
The Challenge
The shopping centre, housing 60 retail outlets and an ASDA supermarket, is a busy location. Therefore, we had to carry out work outside of opening hours to ensure minimum disruption to the centre’s staff and customers.
The Solution
The team were required to work night shifts over a period of three months to complete the external cladding work. Following the completion of the project, the centre had a complete facelift and met all required standards.
