Our Work
Century Cladding Ltd was approached by 7formation, a nationwide fit-out contractor for both internal and external build solutions, and asked to replace the existing industrial roofing for the Jewson warehouse in Middlesbrough. The works were intended to enhance the aesthetics of the building and also protect the stock from leaks and adverse weather conditions.
Tin industrial roofing solutions are both economical and long-lasting, and when installed with a single-skin anti-condensation system, they are perfect for a warehouse.
The Challenge
The existing industrial roofing at the Middlesbrough branch was damaged and worn, with several holes in the sheets resulting in leaks throughout the building. It was decided that a full replacement was best, so we set to work removing the old tin roof and installing brand new roofing. The total area measured around 1000m2 and against strong winds, the task was certainly not an easy one.
The Solution
After four weeks, we were delighted to have completed the industrial roofing project to a very high standard, much to the satisfaction of our repeat client. The new tin roof is now leak-proof, providing good insulation from the outside weather, temperature and noise.
